1 . After marking pad and brake shoe’s storage time.


2 . Bonding temperature, pressure of wind, rotation rate.


3 . Choose the appropriate steel band and fork.
Quality check points:
1 . Shear strength and bonding area of product, bonding position of pad and brake shoe;


2 . Appearance: the brake shoe polishing is golden yellow, shot blasting is bluish yellow, pad and brake shoe is closed bonding. No bliser, crack, peel offff, separation, deformtion, excessive glue, etc.

1 . Storage time of pad;


2 . Belt speed, partial pressure;


3 . Drying temperature and time.

1 . Appearance: no broken or edge, impurity loose, angulation, red leather, etc;


2 . Glue width, thickness, marking weight.
